We have been working tirelessly on restructuring our lab in order to serve our customers better. Over the recent years, we have narrowed our focus on specializing in full arch hybrids and zirconia restorations, crown and bridge, and guided surgery planning. Despite us narrowing our focus, we will continue to provide other lab services to our loyal customers.

 

Additionally, our customer surveys are going out with each case. We appreciate each and every survey that comes in… Now, you are able to fill these out on our website and these go directly to Nick and upper management so we can address any changes that need to be made ASAP. 

 

We are moving! Yes, we are in the process of moving our lab to 409 N. Argonne in the Spokane Valley area. As many of you know, we have the luxury of working directly alongside dentists and other dental clinicians to mold and perfect our techniques and protocols that we share with our customers. Having clinical experience is exactly what most labs are missing, and we feel privileged to have such a great connection! We are hoping that the construction on the new building will take about 6 months and once finished, we are excited to have you come visit us!

 

We are in the process of developing more digital protocols and implementing more advanced digital technology into the protocols we will share with you! Streamlining the workflows is our top priority and our clinical experience will propel this project to a new height. Stay tuned!
